Return & Refund Policy

1. Return your items for any reason within 30 days of purchase and pay no restocking fees!

2. All returned items must be unused and in sellable condition.

4. If your product is defective or damaged, we'll refund you for the part and pay the return shipping costs. Two Men One Garage is not responsible for incidental fees like towing, labor, storage, etc.

5. If a part is not damaged or defective, return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.

 

RETURNS

Once your returned product arrives, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days. Returns may not be painted, stripped, used, cut, or altered in any way and must be returned in the original package. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. Returns sent C.O.D. or freight collect will not be accepted. Liability to Two Men One Garage is limited to the replacement of the defective part.

Missing Parts: Buyer must contact us with concerns of any missing item within 72 hours of delivery.

Damaged Parts: Keep your original box and packing. Report the damage to the freight carrier within 3 days of receipt and obtain a damage claim number. The carrier will, in turn, contact Two Men One Garage. If you need our assistance during this process, please call us at (912) 667-4198.

 

WARRANTY

Please call us to discuss any warranty concerns. All new products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. All Steel gears have a lifetime guarantee against gear breakage. Parts used in racing, competition, or in any manner other than normal usage are not warranted for wear or breakage.
